These are the steps to take to get your Healthcare Provider recertification:

You must have a Current (Non-Expired) Healthcare Provider card.
CALL 972-317-0958 and set up your appointment to do the hands-on part of your training and IMMEDIATELY receive your Healthcare Provider card.
Go to www.onlinetrainingplace.com and take Part 1 of the training course.
We'll see you on the day/time you reserved your appointment for Part 2 to perform hands-on skills and receive your Healthcare Provider card good for 2 years!
